Short answer: for Reels and TikTok, post natively. For feed and X, schedulers are fine.

Longer answer: the old 'schedulers kill reach' claim is mostly dead for static posts — Meta's own API publishing is fine. But short-form video still performs better posted in-app, partly because schedulers can compress quality and strip native features (trending audio rights, stickers, native captions).
