Link routers like Geniuslink and Linksynergy shine for one thing: geo-routing a global audience to the right Amazon storefront. That's it.
If 80% of your traffic is US and you're selling one US offer, you're paying a redirect tax for a problem you don't have. Raw deep links convert the same and load faster.
Use the router when your channel is genuinely international. Otherwise it's cargo-cult tooling.
Who's actually measured a router beating raw links on single-geo traffic? Show me.
