A: Work top-down, not by payout:
— Name your traffic's intent. Is someone searching to buy, bored and scrolling, or comparing options? That decides everything.
— Match the ask to that intent. Cold scroll traffic hates a credit-card upfront offer; it loves a free trial or email submit.
— Match the geo. Your audience country must be in the offer's allowed list at full payout, not a lower-tier rate.
— Match the device. Push and in-app traffic needs mobile-first flows.
— Match the temperature. Warm search traffic can handle a longer, higher-commitment funnel.

Short version: intent, ask, geo, device, temperature — line all five up before payout even enters the chat.
