Some forex affiliates cloak the compliant landing page to reviewers and show a punchier page to traffic. The mistake isn't only ethical — it's that detection has caught up, and the failure mode is account termination plus clawback of paid FTDs.

Why it fails now:
— Ad platforms and regulators run residential-IP and mobile-device crawlers that defeat datacenter-IP cloaking rules.
— Brokers run their own mystery-shopper checks on top affiliates precisely because their license is on the line.

The fix (the legitimate one):
— Stop cloaking risk warnings. Build one page that converts and complies — risk disclosure above the fold doesn't have to kill CR if it's designed in, not bolted on.
— Use a compliance checker on the live, traffic-facing page, not the reviewer version. If they differ, that's the problem.
— A/B test compliant variants for CR instead of treating compliance as a tax to evade.

Who should skip this: nobody in regulated forex — the downside is your whole account, not one creative.
