Auto-dubbing vs launching a separate language channel
Heard from someone running a multi-language operation: the auto-dub feature is tempting but it muddies your analytics signal.
— Multi-language audio on one video mixes retention across languages — a great English cut can be dragged down by a clunky machine dub, and you can't cleanly diagnose it
— A separate channel per language keeps each audience's signal clean, so the algorithm learns each market without cross-contamination
Confidence: medium. Big channels split; small ones can't afford to.
For a channel like yours: if a language is a side bet, auto-dub and accept the noisy data. If a market is a real growth target, give it its own channel so the signal stays clean and the system can rank it properly.
