Affiliates run them because they print, then act shocked at the clawback.
The so-what: in regulated crypto, the compliance clause isn't decoration. One screenshot of a non-compliant LP and the exchange can reverse the conversions that LP produced — retroactively.
— The fix: get your top creatives pre-approved by the affiliate manager in writing before scaling. A two-line Telegram 'approved' is your shield.
— Strip guarantee/return-promise language. Lead with the product, not the fantasy.
