You're publishing fast but in random directions
Client bragged about 20 posts/month. Looked at the topics — a recipe, a crypto take, a productivity hack, a dog post. No two pages reinforced each other. Site looked like a blog graveyard to Google. No topical depth, no rankings.

Reined it to half the volume, all on one cluster at a time:
— Pick ONE topic cluster, write it out fully before moving on
— Depth in one area beats one post in twenty areas
— Each new post should link to 3+ siblings already live

Volume without focus is just noise. Pick a hill and own it.
