'Daily' is the default people pick because the wizard defaulted to it, not because they can afford 24 hours of loss. Your RPO should come from how much data you're willing to recreate, not from a checkbox.
— Active database: minutes, via log shipping
— Busy CMS: hourly
— Static brochure site: daily is genuinely fine
Match frequency to the cost of loss. If you've never calculated that number, your schedule is an accident. Fight me.
