Tested Hypefury's evergreen recycler against a fresh-only feed for 30 days, two similar accounts.

Recycler
— Pros: refills the queue automatically, resurfaces proven winners, great for thin-content days
— Cons: Threads' algo down-ranks near-duplicates fast; by week 3 recycled posts got ~half the reach of their first run

Fresh only
— Pros: consistent reach, no duplicate penalty
— Cons: relentless, you must produce daily

Verdict: recycler as a safety net, not a strategy (Wait). Fresh wins for growth (Worth it if you can sustain it). Annoying limitation: recyclers don't reword on reuse, so Threads sees the same text and treats it as spam-adjacent.
