Mistake: no global dedup across campaigns and mailboxes
You run three campaigns from one workspace and the same prospect lands in all three because each list was built separately. They get hit by three different inboxes in a week, mark one as spam, and your whole sending domain pool eats it.

The fix: dedup at the workspace level, not the campaign level. Smartlead blocks a lead already active in another campaign; Lemlist's 'duplicate detection' only fires within a campaign unless you enable account-wide. Check the setting.
