"How do I know if a niche is already too saturated?"
Great question. Short answer: most people misread saturation, they look at creator count instead of sameness.
Longer answer: a niche with 10,000 creators isn't saturated if 9,000 of them say identical things. Saturation is about angle scarcity, not creator volume. The fix: scroll the top 30 posts on your core keyword and tally distinct angles. If you see the same five takes recycled, that's not saturation, that's an opening for take number six. Real saturation looks like every conceivable angle covered well and recently. That's rare. "Crowded" usually means "lazy," which means there's room.
