My Reels converted views badly to follows. ~0.8% follow rate.
Started pinning my own first comment: "posting the full breakdown Friday, follow so you don't miss it." Same content. Follow rate went to 1.7% on a 30k Reel — that's roughly 270 extra follows from one comment.
Do it in 2 min: on your last post, pin a comment promising a specific next drop with a day attached. Watch follows tick.
