Removed the top anchor and earned MORE — weird but real
Ok so I had both a top and bottom anchor running on mobile, double-stacked, and bounce on the landing pages was ugly. Pulled the top one only.
— Killed top anchor, kept bottom anchor on mobile
— Landing-page bounce -4%, pages/session +9%
— Per-page RPM dipped but session RPM $5.90 → $6.50
More impressions per page can mean fewer pages per visit. Optimize the session, not the pageview. Test it on one page first.
