OpenLiteSpeed vs nginx for WordPress
Ran both on the same 1GB box, same WP install. OLS + LSCache crushed nginx + fastcgi_cache on TTFB for logged-out pages — built-in cache plugin does ESI hole-punching you can't easily fake in nginx.
But OLS config is a clunky web UI on port 7080, and one bad reload took a site down silently.
— Pure WP traffic: OLS
— Mixed stack, you live in text configs: nginx
Try it tonight.
